Cons
The company has an umbrella shape employee structure, with excess managers at the higher levels. Employees are not quite sure what all of the managers do, besides manage 4-5 other managers. There has been a large influx of new high positions in the company that are eager to enact change, for better or worse. Their limited exposure in the TIC industry, as well as company wide lead them to incorporate changes to the company that negatively affect average employees (engineers and lab technicians).
