Very relaxed management, training was simple and has in-depth documents to refer back to. Also has a mentorship program that helps new employees get settled and allows for asking questions about work and company culture.

New higher ups have changed promotion and raise processes. Prior assurance of a raise for a new degree was removed and the process to push for a promotion is very stalled.
