Pros
Most of UMC's employees are outstanding people with a strong desire to be a part of something greater than themselves.
Cons
UMC likes to "grow their own" from youth; they do not like to pay for experience. Intradepartmental communication is excellent, but departments do not communicate well with each other. Pay scale and tuition reimbursement is substantially less than other facilities throughout the state.
