Absolutely amazing experience working at UMC. I worked at UMC for about 6 years and held several positions until I graduated from nursing school and worked in the ER. The staff and administration are some of the best I've seen. Very supportive staff/administration with great teamwork. You are recognized for your hard work, great staff to patient ratios, and administration that supports you constantly. If I hadn't moved, I would still be working at UMC.
