Pros
Most of the people were easy to get along with, most of the departments were well run and free of politics
Cons
Two of the main departments were EXTREMELY political, and anyone who was there knew which ones. Not in a very minor sense either, we are talking about favoritism, cronyism, and some bullying. Your pay will also be low, and management will try to justify it with the cost of living of the surrounding area, which wouldn't be so bad were there anything to actually do there for fun.
