Pros

nurse friendly environment (not as great now as prior to COVID but optimistic it will improve). Very affordable health insurance (especially if just covering yourself) Bonus yearly (even during COVID) Competitive pay for the area Small but yearly market and merit increases Excellent tuition reimbursement, especially if you attend an in-state school Has a 24 hr Starbucks

Cons

Parking is terrible and you have to PAY for the terrible parking. Healthcare is tough at the moment if you are nursing. No different at UNC It's on a college campus, so there are game days...never work game days Leadership, even if bad, is able to stay in their position forever.
