Unfriendly managers and directors who are not interested in honest professional opinions. They are much more interested in getting "yes" answers and asking managers to do busy work that makes the institution appear to be something it is not. No place for advancement unless you belong to the "club." Once they lure you in, there is no room for growth or even to utilize your professional skills. But the pay is good, so it is difficult for me to leave until something as good turns up.
