Pros
Nice people, just burned out to lack of staff and effective leadership.
Cons
Leadership cannot relate to newer trends in leadership which leads to turnover. Very closed minded to doing things in a way that works. It is a step back into the 1990's where leadership isn't transparent with lack of guided and consistent by principles demonstrated among the team that generate a fearful and toxic work environment. Leadership is unable to walk the talk despite the teams efforts to make it a better work environment. Many just quit or some get terminated due to just the feeling of being a threat to leadership.
