Toxic Workplace - Pharmacy Transition Specialist UNC Health Employee Review

Extremely toxic workplace. When you make a legitimate complaint you become a target for harassment. The outpatient pharmacy is open 7 days a week 365 days a year. You will face bullying from fellow colleagues and supervisors will look the other way. Managers openly talk about prospective employees, the salaries of coworkers and other personal information that should be confidential. I would stay far away from working in the outpatient pharmacy at UNC-Rex Raleigh. There is no opportunity for advancement or promotion if you are outside of the “inner circle”.
