Pros
I couldn't find anything positive about this company and should have walked out of the interview when they couldn't answer what the culture was like. The icing on the cake was when one of them asked what my weakness was.
Cons
I would stay away from this company. The people seem very unhappy. It was a dead end job and everyone is secretly looking for a new place to work. The culture would be better at a maximum security prison. Management is the worst. Very lazy. Too much dysfunction.
