      Good schedules, Nice people in employee team, food prices, Interesting bonuses and can be improved but stil have some Social Benefits.

      Cons

      No communication from leaders, no direction where the company, the services, the jobs are going New leaders have lost companies' values, environment importance, No value in employee or opinions, forced dismissal
