I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy - Anonymous employee UNFI Employee Review

Don't quit your job to work here... work life balance is horrible, they have flipped there management team several times in 1.5 years...HR only cares about protecting management, each HR person tells you something different and there is no consistency. Drivers don't be fooled they will promise you things initially during the job offer and they will not hold up to their end most of the drivers above me are barely breaking 40 and our start times change all the time no consistency oh and did i mention HR is horrific at their job
