      Everything changes on a regular basis. One day it is focus on one thing and before you can even focus on that change they want you to focus on another aspect many times countering the first focus area

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
