      thought I was going to be allowed to do international sales, I thought it was clear

      They just dont see it my way, no one is honest, they are disfunctional, new CEO not cutting it..I give my opinions but no one listens

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
