      Friendly and inviting social culture. Many loyal employees have worked here for decades. Surprisingly progressive in the realm of mobile and flexible work!

      Company is struggling financially. Major identity crisis... Do they want to be a retailer or wholesaler? Three new CEO's in less than a year.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
