      Great people, comfortable environment (relaxed dress code, work from home is an option), Store Discount, Good work/life balance

      Poor leadership, employee benefits have been taken away over the years (no 401K match, no raises for 2013), low morale among employees

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
