Pros

Good pay. Good benefits. Ample home time.

Cons

They are over hiring drivers so no one will be able to get above 40 hours a week which turns into 0 overtime. New warehouse supervisor but haven't seen them yet. Trans. management makes everything that's going on top secret from drivers and no communication. Issues with routes do not get worked out with the proper departments. They want driver feedback but it falls.on deaf ears.
