      Pros

      Great vacation time for part time hours (30hrs/week-2 weeks paid vacation) The people i worked closely with were great. The supervisor i had for first 2 years was a good leader and proactive.

      Cons

      Apathy was common among warehouse supervisors. Difficult to get promotions because the company often looked to hire from outside Supervalu and not from within the company.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
