      Pros

      Remote working option I don't see any other Pros to be honest.

      Cons

      No one know where the organization should go in the next few years. No clear direction across the organization, specifically IT. No clear career growth path.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
