Do not question authority, the way things are done, or why processes are inefficient. If you haven’t been here for 15 years, expect to be talked down on, bullied by upper management, and have work continuously added to your plate for no recognition, promotion, or additional pay. The phrase “the better you get at your job, the more work you get” is a favorite amongst leaders and is very true. Become good at your job and you will be given more and more work with no additional pay.
