      - Great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit - A lot of areas within the business to work on and learn about - Peer teams are usually very collaborative - Opportunity to shape and mold your own career path

      Cons

      - Poor to no clear direction from leadership - People are in middle to upper management positions without the proper experience - Low accountability for those responsible for decision-making - No training or development opportunities due to massive budget cuts

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
