Outdated office, outdated culture, outdated management - Buyer UNFI Employee Review

This company has been on a downward decline for a decade and it’s evident almost everywhere you look. Procurement system is from 70’s, office building hasn't been updated since the 80’s, upper management has been with the company 20-30+ years at the minimum( which stands in sharp contrast to the average buyer lasting just under a year). Micromanaging is at the heart of the office culture, zero freedom is given to develop skills beyond placing PO’s and chasing down late trucks.
