      Friendly associates, Excellent benefits and a Green Company

      Cons

      No exception policies for warehouse workers are used for internal office staff. Management has lost its connection with staff and are less concerned with a happy staff then they are making numbers and bonuses.

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
