      Pros

      Not a whole lot of good things to say about this plant. The company store is pretty good. That's about it.

      Cons

      HR is terrible. Inventory is unbelievably bad. Constant schedule changes. False promises. Turn over is by far the worst I have ever seen. Constantly threatened to be walked out. Unrealistic productivity requiments. Warehouse is extremely unorganized.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
