Pros
some super markets give you discounts but they are few and far between. friendly management but the lean on staff alot because of pressure form owners by cutting hours constantly , staff that work there are great to work with
Cons
very poor pay, long hours,unsociable hours time off cab be difficult to get especially around Christmas, was always under paid and had to go to the owner to fix it, split shifts are a regular thing.
