There are some pros working with unfi they often have companies picnics and give out bonuses quarterly
Cons
You start at $20 hr but you won't have the check to show for it if you have a daily route. They keep taken from and adding to your run without most time you knowing anything about it until you get your invoices. And also if you don't mind doing dolly work this is the place for you. But the Equipment is the most pathetic the the industry I ever saw; they do not take care of their trucks and electric pallet Jack's you don't know from day to day what you gonna have. And if you get your equipment I tell you DO YOURSELF A FAVOR CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT before leaving on your run if not you will have a very bad day. And also depending on your run you might touch nothing if you have dock deliveries but 90 percent of the time you be breaking down multiple pallets that can vary in sizes that can take some time to do. Oh yeah one more thing the trucks are govern at 62 mph; now if like slow trucks then it's won't be a problem for you
