      Pros

      Money was good at one point. Freedom to work on your own.

      Cons

      100% commission, even when the company constantly makes mistakes with shipping or markdown costs you’re only paid on what was invoiced. It’s not sustainable to live off the way you’re paid here. Leadership is absolutely useless.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
