      Pros

      I like the people and their attitudes in the groups I work with.

      Cons

      Company is under crippling debt from acquisition of Supervalue several years ago. Most profits seem to be going to service debt. 3 years no raise, no COLA.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
