Pros

The lunchroom was pretty cool.. still had to pay full price for everything like you would in a store but it’s just going right back into UNFI. 👎

Cons

Oh where do I start. Training is 5 days instead of 4 weeks so people have no clue what they are doing and crashing constantly. Food spills constantly that don’t get cleaned up. When it rains, there are holes in the ceiling so in the fridge and freezer, you are almost guaranteed to slid around and injure yourself. ( You are driving a vehicle on skateboard wheels that weighed more than my f150). Bathroom breaks are to be taken on YOUR breaks and lunch. Supervisors are back and forth with sometimes they are MIA and nowhere to be seen and being up your butt. You are either followed around or good luck finding someone. Overtime is required, they will take steps/points from you if you don’t stay. They will take steps/points from you even if you have a doctors note. Family emergencies also don’t exist, along with if you are a caregiver for someone, you better have fulllllll proof. The system is constantly updated, which would be nice until you realize your picking percentage has gone down according to the new system (even though you haven’t changed) and your job is then threatened until they update the system again. They will fire you over an email or make you sit out in the parking lot for hours because your badge isn’t working for your shift, then call you.
