Mid-level staff and personnel are very loyal and hold a strong belief for the good of the company.

Cons

Senior-level staff, management and executives are very skilled in deceiving their employees with false hopes. Very good at looking out for themselves. Work here if you like enjoy getting the short end of the stick or bending over.

Pros

This is a great place to work. They value work life balance as much as they can. With the travel involved they are good to take care of their people that are on the road and recognize the need for family first. They do provide a 401K match up to 6%. They do provide decent medical benefits. They allow you to carry your max vacation over to the next year.

None that I can think of.

Cons

Terrible sales manager, who refuses to help most reps and will deliberately let bids fall through the cracks. A spiteful work environment. Using old, out of date tools and a severe lack of training. No 401k, and medical coverage is poor.
