Pros

The people were great. They were like family and I feel like I grew up with that company. I look fondly at my years there.

Cons

There wasn't a sense of making sure that upper middle management was on board with the vision the executive leadership was planning and coaching with the lower middle management and the managers to be.

Pros

This is a great place to work. They value work life balance as much as they can. With the travel involved they are good to take care of their people that are on the road and recognize the need for family first. They do provide a 401K match up to 6%. They do provide decent medical benefits. They allow you to carry your max vacation over to the next year.

None that I can think of.

Cons

Terrible sales manager, who refuses to help most reps and will deliberately let bids fall through the cracks. A spiteful work environment. Using old, out of date tools and a severe lack of training. No 401k, and medical coverage is poor.
