Pros

There are opportinuties to grow and try new things here. Managers can be flexible with telecommuting as long as employees are productive and fully trained. The people left here truly care about each other and work as a team.

Cons

The new ownership has caused massive attrition, and personnel are for the most part not replaced. This means while the people left get the chance to take on new challenges and sometimes even promotions in title, they are not compensated for doing any additional work and everyone is spread so thin that things will start falling through the cracks.

Pros

This is a great place to work. They value work life balance as much as they can. With the travel involved they are good to take care of their people that are on the road and recognize the need for family first. They do provide a 401K match up to 6%. They do provide decent medical benefits. They allow you to carry your max vacation over to the next year.

None that I can think of.

Cons

Terrible sales manager, who refuses to help most reps and will deliberately let bids fall through the cracks. A spiteful work environment. Using old, out of date tools and a severe lack of training. No 401k, and medical coverage is poor.
