Inside office staff work hard

Cons

HIGH turnover in management & staff with no notice of who is taking over for them. I had 3 managers in the span of 9 months and never saw or spoke to 1 of them. Impossible to make a decent commission AND remain competitive. Owner of company insists on going on sales calls and 9 out of 10 times ends up costing the rep/company the deal as he has NO idea about sales.

Pros

This is a great place to work. They value work life balance as much as they can. With the travel involved they are good to take care of their people that are on the road and recognize the need for family first. They do provide a 401K match up to 6%. They do provide decent medical benefits. They allow you to carry your max vacation over to the next year.

Cons

Terrible sales manager, who refuses to help most reps and will deliberately let bids fall through the cracks. A spiteful work environment. Using old, out of date tools and a severe lack of training. No 401k, and medical coverage is poor.
