Pros
Get enironment for learning new skills and working with different types of instrumentation. Client contracts allow for different types of drug testing than a stand alone commerical facility would provide. Great staff to work with
Cons
Not enough time provided to complete all assigned tasks for work. Employee's work long hours (they are compensated) but you will never have a point were you feel as though you are caught up with work.
