      Pros

      Able to learn a lot in a huge environment, internal transfers are easy to obtain to advance/further your career. Work life balance is actually great. Huge PTO, rarely pressured for deadlines or anything. On call is a breeze

      Cons

      RTO, layoffs, no promos, c-suite will acknowledge complaints but ultimately ignore them

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Cons

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
