      Pros

      There are a great deal of research opportunities or projects going on in UPMC, even for the students without working experience. The provided health insurance is awesome

      Cons

      I can not think of major drawback now..one thing is that the salary may not be as competitive as compared to other companies

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
