      You get to help people get better. You feel like you are making a difference.

      Cons

      The pro's get old fast. You realize you work for a massive health care company that doesn't care about healthcare. After that you realize employees come last there. Getting a quarter raise every year becomes insulting after a while.

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Cons

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
