the department that I worked in was a very clicky and if you weren't in the group it was very hard to grow and develop yourself. The managers were also not very professional or helpful. Very few were willing to jump in and assist their team. They also do not support their employees and stand up for them. The stress level is completely out of hand and the lack of support is disheartening. There is a lot of micro managing going on in this department and it makes the employees feel like leadership doesn't trust that they know what they are doing
