Business Outlook
Pros
Very welcoming and accommodating work environment. The people are nice and helpful, and are willing to teach you tasks or projects you never had before. Very helpful gathering times where full time as well as part time workers can hang out and get to know with one another. Very little tension between lower and higher position relationship.
Cons
The emergency or evacuating situation was compromised during my time working there. The hospital however is working their best to improve their security measures and workers are very happy and supportive in the new security measures.
