      Pros

      Friendly staff. Love the patients.

      Cons

      Management starting with Director level on up. Upmc has a high management turn over and this hurts all of the employees who have been there a long time. Most management staff do not care about their staff, just their own paycheck.

      Was told via email would be paid a certain amount, then my pay was decreased not once, but two times prior to starting my role.
