Cons
They do n9t have enough caretakers for weekends and overnights. There is only one doctor on in the Emergency Room from 11pm-7am Every Single night. There are less doctors available on weekends in tge ER. For example: your son just dislocated his shoulder during a Friday night football game and there is only one doctor on in the er by the time your son gers there. Now your son has to wait for another doctor to get to tye hospital or wait until the only other doctor in the hospital can make it to the er dept because it takes two to put shoulder back in place. (The longer your son shoulder is dislocated the more chances if his shoulder becoming dislocated again). That could be the end of football and/or scholarship to college for him
