UPMC doesn't care about their employees at all. People are leaving in droves. - Services UPMC Employee Review

Since UPMC took over the hospital I work at, they have cut shift differential in half, cut benefits and raised the prices, cut holiday pay in half, and those are just a few of the many things they did to their new employees. Oh, and to top it all off, because they have done all of this, quality employees are leaving, and it is putting more pressure on the staff that has stayed on (for now), but I am sure they will be leaving in the not too distant future, and I plan to as well.
