Pros

The family care location I worked at was wonderful, the coworkers, for the most part, were great, and the job was enjoyable.

Cons

They became tragically understaffed and didn’t pay enough to attract quality employees. The work was never completed and I feel that patient care really suffered. Also, there was a woman who was entirely unfit to be working there (a float employee who was helping with the understaffing issues) who was in many disciplinary situations and was allowed to stay far too long. Spreading Covid lies at work in health care and bragging about her white supremacist boyfriend should not have been tolerated a minute. She was there for months.

Pros

No pros. It was a horrible place to work

Cons

If you were night shift, you had to work every holiday. The nurses were so lazy and never helped us. We ran around taking care of patients with no help. Changing them, cleaning up horrible messes, taking them to the bathroom and doing vitals with no help. Nurses would sit there eating while on Facebook, while we did all the work. Some would even be sleeping!
