      Pros

      People are really solid. Nearly everyone is mission driven and believes in the work they do.

      Cons

      The company itself doesn’t quite know how to operate. Things like budget planning, HR hiring timelines, career advancement pathways, and strategic goals are a mystery in how they work. It’s unfortunate.

      UPMC is an all around wonderful place to work. Im a member services concierge and our team is the highest rated customer service team in the entire state! We love what we do and we do it well!

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Cons

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
