Mediocore job, would not return. - Resident Assistant UPMC Employee Review

Low pay. After I got my bachelor's and was working in my field for upmc, I got a .10 cent raise over co-workers who had geds. They also are chronically understaffed. I would end up doing a minimum of 50 hours a week. Then HR would get mad and tell me to stop because I was messing up productivity or whatever. Uh. Hire another body. Also. Their health insurance is ridiculously over priced and useless outside of Pittsburgh considering their "life changing medicine" status.
