      Nothing really made me enjoy it they don't care if they help you or not they only help themselves .

      Cons

      If management doesn't like you they will find a way to make you either get rid of you or make your time suck.

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
