      The job itself and some employees are competent and friendly.

      A lot of people talk behind each other's backs and it feels like middle school. Management also is terrible

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
