Pros
This is a review for the Guatemala Call Center. Morning schedules are good and the amount of hours you work is reasonable. The facilities are nice enough and there's an on site cafeteria. Pay is OK but could be much much better.
Cons
On site cafeteria is a little overpriced. There are no facilities for breastfeeding mothers even though they have over 800 employees. Problems with supervisors are not handled nor are unfair working conditions fixed if there is a problem with the supervisor.
