Pros
Salary is ok. Solidarity among same level colleagues makes you feel quickly part of a team. Although work procedures are pretty well thought out you still are given room to implement improvements. The company forces you to think in solutions at minimum costs which in turn calls on you using your creativity. It's a place where you can be yourself. As long as the numbers are in the green you can do whatever you want.
Cons
Every penny must be justified up to the craziest detail and needs approval by to many managers makes the company very bureaucratic. Some warehouses have very questionable working conditions with minimal maintenance. A lot of hard manual labour leads to relatively high absenteeism. Very top down oriented military style management is more and more being implemented by corporate (us).
