Pros
Flexible hours, higher than average pay, but that's so you can afford their ridiculous medical plan. Managers are always busy on con calls so plenty of free time by myself.
Cons
Okay benefits, but very expensive because the company makes you pay for them. UPS SCS is full of micro managers.
